Lydia, Honestly

What to do when you come off it and it all comes back

Somewhere between half and three quarters of people who start a GLP-1 stop within a year. Of the people who quit, nearly half do it for money reasons: insurance said no, the coupon ran out, or the price simply stopped being survivable.

And then the weight comes back for a lot of them.

That is an enormous number of women, and almost nobody is making anything for them. The content is all about starting. Nothing about stopping.

So this is the first thing I want to say on this site: if that is you, you are not a failure and you did not do it wrong. You got priced out of a medicine. That is a different thing entirely.

What I’m actually doing about it

I’m testing the cheap stuff. Twelve weeks, on camera, starting from nothing, with the receipts published here as I go.

I don’t know how it ends. That’s rather the point.

Get the week before anyone else

Every Sunday I send the week's numbers, what it actually cost, and the bits that didn't make the video. One email. No selling.

Unsubscribe whenever. I don't share your address with anyone.
